At Establishment EM7, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including the cellophane seal and product box).

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes or cosmetics that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at em7est@gmail.com (or your designated support email) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 working days after receiving confirmation. The returned item should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund or Replacement

  • After inspection and approval, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.
  • If the product is found to be used or not in its original condition, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes.
  • Gift cards and sample products

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
